Article XIII of the CCRs requires every homeowner to be a full member of the Tennis Facility. Annual dues are $660.00 per year (through Dec 31, 2028).

On-street parking is restricted to approved deliveries, pick ups, or short terms guests… (DCCR 9.20)
To facilitate access for school buses, deliveries, and short-term visitors, the gates will be open on approach between 7am – 7pm. Outside these hours anyone needing access to the community should use the kiosk to connect with a homeowner for entry. Residents can have toll-tags programmed into the gates for quicker access.
